I made this bracelet when entering the Handmade Artists "TRASHY CONTEST". To enter the contest, the item had to be a handmade item that you had made yourself, and the main element must be something that would be considered trash.
At the time I had just got done shortening some curtains for my patio doors and was going to throw the little bit of material away. Then at the last moment I decided to save it and try to come up with something to enter the contest with. I have seen a lot of cute jewelry pieces made up with a combination of material and wire, so I thought that I would give it a try. This bracelet, necklace, and earring set is what I came up with.
This bracelet, necklace, and earring set are unique one of a kind pieces.
The copper wire, jumprings and hook clasp has all been oxidized and tumbled.
Bracelet measures 8" with 1" extension.
