cheesy Italian Bread Topped With Sliced Tomatoes

Here’s a easy recipe for Cheesy Italian bread topped with sliced tomatoes, and it is so yummy!

Heat your oven to 350 degrees

Lay bread out on a lightly greased cookie sheet, and lightly brush olive oil on each slice.

Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, then place a sliced tomato on top.

Then sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top, and bake until cheese is melted and lightly toasted.

That’s it for this easy Cheesy Italian Bread.

Enjoy!!!

Oh my goodness! Your post has made me hungry. I love that this recipe is quick, easy, and perfect for a light lunch or a tasty mid-afternoon snack. And it has me thinking: This is a great way to enjoy the artisan cheese, gourmet sourdough bread and vine-ripe tomatoes I picked up at the farmer’s market each week.

It’s yummy even without the tomatoes. I’m a big bread lover too, but we don’t eat much bread so this is a big treat for us and if I have tomatoes I add those.
