Do you remember the wooden potato/onion bin that I bought at a garage sale several weeks back? Well I finally got around to refinishing it.
I repainted the whole thing with antique white milk paint. But that turned out a little to white for me, so I used an antiquing gel to darken it up some.
Then I lightly sanded the potato/onion bin giving it a distressed look.
After that it took me another week to figure out what I wanted to paint on the lid.
I decided on a few veggies and flowers.
How do you like it?
Here is the chalk board/cork board that I made using the old mirror frame that I got the same day when I was garage sale shopping.

You should open a store, you are so good at this kind of stuff, so creative.

Thank you Celeste! I wish I could but I’m not in the position that I can quit my day job. I do have two online shops, and a booth at a antique/craft mall. If I ever come into some money I will open up my own shop. It’s always been a dream of mine.
