The inspection for the house we are buying passed. YAY!!
Inspector says the house has been very well maintained, and has good bones.
There are a few minor issues to fix, but that's it.
Still have our pool ;-D
Love this sunroom! Can see us hanging out here a lot.
Now just waiting to see what the owner will fix, and the results for the inspection on the house we are selling. Hope they hurry, I'm not good at waiting.
