Homemade Mexican Rotel Chicken Casserole
If you love Tex Mex you will love this spicy Mexican Rotel Chicken Casserole. To make it even spicier use the hot Rotel instead of original.

Ingredients Needed
1 bag tortillas chips
1 can Rotel(affiliate)
1 can cream of mushroom soup(affiliate)
1 can green chilies(affiliate)
1 1/2 cups shredded fiesta cheese
3 chicken breast boiled and shredded
Mix Rotel, soup, chilies and cheese together in microwaveable dish.
Heat till hot. Add chicken and mix.
Put layer of chips in large casserole dish and pour some of your mixture over, repeat until mixture is gone.
Heat oven at 350, cook for about 20 minutes until hot.
Serve this Mexican Rotel Chicken Casserole with rice and beans for a yummy Tex Mex dinner.
