I have wanted to redo my kitchen cabinets for quite some time, but was not sure what I wanted. Then I ran across some distressed furniture where they used some paint called chalk paint (not chalk board paint). It is Anne Sloan brand…It is for Italian style furniture. It is supposedly very durable. And there is no prepping involved. That made it sound even better. You just paint it over the varnish, stain, old paint or whatever. ..
