When it’s hot outside you don’t want to be slaving away in the hot kitchen. You want to make something quick but good. Here is a collection of 39 Quick and Easy Summer Recipes that I but together for delicious recipes that can be thrown together quickly so your not stuck in the hot kitchen for a long period.
Chicken-Bacon-and-Ranch-Pasta-Salad-Recipe23
This chicken, bacon and ranch pasta salad would be great for a summer time barbecue, or just for a get together with friends. Recipe by Couponing For 4.

If you love grapes then your going to love this easy summer recipe full of favor. This dish for be great for taking on a picnic. Recipe by Mama Likes to Cook.

I love a good burger, and the B.GOOD’S WEST SIDE BURGER WITH CHIPOTLE SALSA AND AVOCADO by Caroline’s Cooking looks absolutely delicious with it’s avocado and chipotle salsa.

If you love soup as I do, you may want to try this soup cold tomato based soup, Gazpacho. Looks simple to make, just blend, season and chill. I haven’t heard of this soup, but I do love anything tomato. This summer time soup recipe is another one of Caroline’s Cooking, easy summer recipes along with her healthy Super Green Kale Salad, and LLESCAS – CATALAN BREAD PIZZA.

Here’s a healthy dish by Three Different Directions, Cucumber and Chickpea Salad. Don’t you just love the blog name Three Different Directions, that’s what I feel like most of the time, being pulled in three different directions. LOL

If you like dip like myself check out this recipe for LAYERED TWO PESTO AND RICOTTA DIP by Savory Experiments.

A couple more recipes by Savory Experiments, are the Green Gazpacho Soup, which I haven’t seen anything like it before, but it looks delicious. The last is the GRILLED CORN, TOMATO AND CUCUMBER SALAD and it’s got to be good because it has corn and tomatoes in it.YUM
