Stuffed Poblano Peppers

This Stuffed Poblano Pepper Recipe is one of my favorite recipes where I use peppers, they have a really good taste, and are easy to stuff.

This Stuffed Poblano Pepper Recipe is a quick and easy recipe that you can make and freeze for later, for when you need a quick meal.

I know there’s times when you are in a hurry and need a quick meal, or you just don’t feel like slaving away in the kitchen.

Brown ground turkey, cut tops off poblano peppers, wash and remove seeds.

Stir in chili powder, cumin, and garlic once your turkey is browned.

Add half slice of pepper jack cheese, a spoonful of ground turkey, then the other half slice of pepper jack cheese, and another spoonful of ground turkey.

Place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Continue until all peppers are stuffed.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

Remove and serve with Spanish rice, or cool down and place in freezer bags to freeze for a quick and easy meal.
