  potato stroganoff and rotel

For a quick and easy meal try Hamburger Helper potato stroganoff and spice it up with a can of rotel.  Spice It Up, Quick & Easy Meal
Cook your ground beef, then following the directions on the box of Hamburger Helper. Just add about 1/2 cup less of water, and add your can of rotel, 1 teaspoon of basil, 1 teaspoon of parsley, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and cook as normal.

If you like it spicier add the hot rotel, for less spice add the original. I think rotel even sells a mild version for those that don’t like it hot.

What are some of your quick and easy meals?
