Happy Fall Y'all decor

Diy Fall Decor

Start off by staining or using an aging solution to darken your wood.

Next draw your pumpkin on the wood, then paint it orange. Once dry float around it with burnt sienna. Paint the stem brown, and add some green tendrils.

Now stencil Happy Fall Y’all over the pumpkin, and that’s it. Can’t get any quicker or easier than that.

Linda this is really cute and it would look great propped up against the mantel or on a side table. Happy Fall Linda!

Thank you Mary! I thought it turned out pretty cute, so I’m making another one but larger. This one already sold at craft mall.

I need one of these, maybe it will help put in the fall frame of mind. It’s still so warm here sometimes it’s hard to think fall.

I know what you mean Celeste! It is in the 90’s today. Tomorrow suppose to be cooler and maybe rain, so maybe it will feel like fall tomorrow. Then Saturday it will be summer again. LOL

I love reclaimed wood, it has it’s own beauty and character. And it brings so much interest to anything you use it for. I love how simple this DIY project is, any of us could do this, and how great it would look in your fall home. Even on a porch or hanging on a wreath for your front door!

    Happy Fall!

This was a fun project Nikki! I would love to get a hold of some pallets for projects.I could make a bunch of these, they are easy. This one was small enough that it would of looked cute on a wreath, but off it went to the craft booth. I’m in the process of making another one from pickets.

      Happy Fall To You Too!!!
