This week I’m trying something new, a homemade zucchini spaghetti with ground turkey. We are trying to eat healthier, so one of the things we’ve cut out is pasta, and I love pasta. So I decided to try my hand at a homemade baked zucchini spaghetti.

Making Baked Zucchini Spaghetti With My VeggettiPro

Hubby bought me a “Veggettie Pro” to use for making my zucchini noodles. I was amazed because it works really well, and I was able to cut quite a bit of noodles for my homemade baked zucchini spaghetti in no time at all.

This is a really easy recipe that is healthy and quick to make.

Ingredients For Baked Zucchini Spaghetti

  • 3 zucchini’s
  • 24oz. Ragu pasta sauce
  • 8oz. Shredded cheese
  • 1lb. Ground turkey
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

First brown your ground turkey, and cut your zucchini noodles either by hand, or with a Veggettie pro.

Slightly grease a large baking pan, then add your zucchini noodles. Add ground turkey spreading over top of the zucchini, add salt & pepper to taste.

Add one jar of Ragu pasta sauce, spreading evenly over the top of your baked zucchini spaghetti. Top all of this with 8 ounces of shredded cheese.

Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot with a salad for a delicious and healthy meal.

Do you have any pasta recipes that you replace the pasta with veggies?

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!
