Homemade Salmon Patty
I’m not a big fan of salmon, I know it is suppose to be good for you, It just has too strong of a taste for me. But I do love Homemade Salmon Patties, so if your not a big fan of salmon try this easy recipe for Homemade Salmon Patties.

3 – 5oz. Cans of boneless skinless salmon
2 – Eggs
1/2 teaspoon of Basil
1/2 teaspoon of Parsley
15 – saltine crackers
Open and drain juices off salmon, then place in a mixing bowl. Add eggs, basil, parsley, and crumbled crackers. Mix well.
Heat up approximately 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet.
Form a balls approximately 2″ across, then flatten to about 1″ thick and place in skillet.
Brown on one side then flip over and brown the other side. Remove from heat and enjoy!
