Here's a easy, and oh so Yummy recipe that reminds me of the chocolate and caramel turtles candy. A big hit every time I take it to work.

20131011-085001.jpg
Ingredients

23oz. Milk chocolate morsels
11oz. Caramel bits
24oz. Almond bark chocolate flavor
1 cup of pecan pieces
Glass mixing bowl
Spatula
Wax paper

Break up almond bark into your glass bowl, and heat in microwave approximately 2 minutes.

20131011-085115.jpg
Stir almond bark to make sure it's all melted. Will need to work fast now so you can dip and drop candy on wax paper before it gets to stiff. But if it does just pop it in microwave again for few seconds.

20131011-085135.jpg
Add milk chocolate morsels, and stir until melted. Almond bark is hot enough to melt chocolate morsels on its own.

20131011-085714.jpg
Now add your Caramel bits, and mix.

20131011-085724.jpg
Add pecans and mix well.

20131011-085754.jpg
Once everything is mixed in its time to start dipping your candy.

20131011-085815.jpg
Spread out a couple pieces of wax paper, and using your spatula start dipping out your candy, and dropping onto wax paper to harden.

If you are in a hurry place your wax paper on cookie sheets, then you can place them in refrigerator to harden.

This recipe makes about 50-60 heaping size tablespoon pieces.

Now wasn't that easy? Make these for your next luncheon or get together and watch them disappear.

Enjoy!!!

Do you have a favor candy recipe?
