How Effective are your Tweets?

How Effective are your Tweets?

Twitter is a fast moving social media where your tweets are only effective for approximately 18 minutes. In order to have your tweets seen by others you need to be posting on a regular basis throughout the day.

A few ways to help get your tweets seen, and save some time in the process, is when you’re on Pinterest pinning, click that little box that says share to twitter, and share a few pins. Set your Facebook settings to auto post on twitter.

Instagram is another tool that makes it really easy to share pictures on twitter too.

One more thing that I would like to share is a handy little tool called Buffer. Buffer is a twitter time management tool that lets you share and schedule tweets throughout the day. There is a free version and a paid version.

The free version will only let you schedule so many tweets a day. Still even the free version is a great tool for engaging, and driving traffic to your site.

You can download the app to your phone, and then open the app, post and schedule from there.

Or a quicker way to share is, when you’re on a page or post that you would like to share. Click the button on your phone, like if you were going to bookmark a page, then scroll through your social media buttons and click on Buffer. It will then automatically load the post, then all you do is add a few words, then either share now, or click schedule, choose a time, and hit Buffer. That’s it, your post is scheduled.

You can share photos from your phones photo library either by opening buffer, click add photo, scroll through and pick your photo, add a few words then share, or schedule. Or share through your Photos by clicking on your share button.

These are all ways to share on twitter and save some time too.

When trying to run a business we all know time is precious, and we have very little of it. I know that I appreciate anything that helps me save time during the day. That just gives me more time to work on something else.

I want to give credit for my post to two lovely women at “Learn To Blog”, Crystal & Kelli. This is some of the great informations that I’ve gathered from their awesome videos.

I hope you found this post helpful, and if you have any tips that will save precious time. Please share!
