Hi, my crafty friends! Today I will be sharing my latest thrifty finds from the 2018 Antique Alley junkin trip instead of a diy project. I wasn’t happy with the outcome of my project, and since I’m usually working on my post up to the last minute I didn’t have another ready. It’s a weekly struggle. It’s tough juggling a fulltime job, and blog and everything that goes with having a blog, plus daily chores around the house. Then on top of that, I have decided to combine my two shops into one, and of course, I want to move the shop that has the most items for sale to the Shop that has the least items. LOL. Like I really don’t have enough on my plate as it is. But it needs to be done along with new photos as well.

Time for a Junkin Trip

But I can always find time for a junkin trip, and that’s just what the hubby and I did. We went to the Antique alley’s 30+ miles of junkin, and boy was it fun. We had to go on Friday because the rain was moving in. I wouldn’t be surprised if Saturday and Sunday got rained out, there was a lot of flooding. Not everyone was set up on Friday but we still had lots of fun, and I snagged a few items that I’ve been looking for.

The hubby snagged this cute little wagon.

I picked up these mini tin molds. I think one or two may become a pumpkin.

I’ve been looking for some metal funnels, and they are really hard to come by but I come luck and found some at a couple different stops.

You will have to wait to see what I’m going to do with them.

Have you snagged any good junk lately?

Oh Linda I am so curious to see what you are going to do with those pieces of treasure because in your hands that’s what they become.

The little wagon went out in the garden with the other wagon. I’m working on one of the jello molds now the others will come later, and my funnels I hope will turn out like my vision I have for them. 😉

Wish we had some time to go thrifting, September was just such a busy month. Love your finds and you’re right those tin molds would make super cute pumpkins. Dying to see what you’re going to do with the funnels though. They look really interesting

I’ve been wanting some jello molds but they are hard to come by, and the funnels were even harder. I have a vision for the funnels, I just hope they turn out like I want. Two of them were my dads so this project will be a keeper.
