I discovered the wonder of magnet therapy about three months ago. I went through carpal tunnel surgery and was prescribed prescription medication to manage the pain. Then a friend of mine told me about his magnetic bracelet. So I made a magnetic bracelet and within a few days my pain had subsided and I was sleeping better. I have some arthritis in my hands and probably should have had carpal tunnel in my other hand, but by switching my bracelet back and forth from one hand to the other it has managed my pain quite well.

Magnetic jewelry is used as a natural alternative that improves blood flow, relieves pain and discomfort that is associated with arthritis, carpal tunnel, headaches, stress, insomnia, and joint pain. Practitioners claim that magnets produce a healing effect to certain parts of the body by increasing circulation. They believe that by increasing the blood circulation you can reduce inflammation in arthritis-stricken areas, therefore with more blood comes more oxygen, reducing inflammation and the accompanying pain.

Scientific research concludes that 95% find relief from arthritis pain. Although magnets do not work for everyone, most will find some relieve from pain if given enough time. But you must wear your jewelry, and give it some time to know if it helps.
