Necklace From Rag Beads
Here is the necklace that I made from my rag beads. The ones that I made a tutorial for awhile back. Sorry, I’m a little slow about posting the picture. I have been working on my pictures, among other things (I get side tracked alot). Trying to improve.

The picture taking part of my jewelry business is the hardest part for me. I have never been great with a camera. In fact when my girls were little and I took video’s of them with the giant video camera of the 80’s. Well to this day I can not watch the video’s for long because I get motion sickness )-: That’s pretty bad, Huh! But at least now I have a tripod. That helps me out a lot. No wobbly/blurry pictures.

Photography
I bought a couple of books on photography, trying to get better. Just when I thought that I was getting it all figured out, the books have got me confused again. Some of the setting that are used in the books, never worked for me before. But yet there pictures look great. And then again my camera doesn’t have all the options they have either.

Lighting For Photography
I think I have what lighting works best for me. But then next time I take pictures, with my luck in photography it will probably change. I also seem to have better luck with the lower ISO 100 or 200 in some. My camera only has two Aperture/F Stops, so I keep it on the lowest 3.1. I keep it on the macro setting and I try not to zoom in because when I do they usually come out blurry. I’m still playing around with my exposure time. Other then the white balance, those are the only settings I have to play around with.

Picture Improvement
So tell me what do you think. Do you think that I am getting better with my photography? If you have any tips for improving, I would love to hear them.
