Need Help Identifying Some Plants

While working in my flowerbeds I ran across a few plants that I was wondering if anyone could help identify, and put a name to the plants for me.

This first plant has long thin leaves with tiny white flowers with yellow in the center.

The flowers are about the size of a dime. I haven’t seen these at any of the plant nurseries around here.

This next flower I’ve seen before but can’t remember it’s name.

It’s pretty scrawny looking because of all the rain we’ve been getting.

The purple flowers go up the stem, and the leaves are fine and feathery like.

This last plant I think may be Virginia creeper, when it first started coming up I thought it was poison ivy. So I have been scare to touch it.

But this plant has five leaves. Plus I don’t think poison ivy grows up trees like this.

If you know the identity of these plants please share in comments below, I appreciate any help that I can get identifying these plants. Thanks (-;

    The first plant looks like maybe some species of Eclipta. The last is Virginia creeper, though poison ivy does grow up trees like that also.

      Thank you G.G. I looked up the Eclipta I believe that you are right. I am happy to finely know what it is. I didn’t know that poison ivy could grow up trees, that is good to know. I think that I do have some poison ivy in our yard as well as all the Virginia creeper, I discovered it while pulling weeds out of the flowerbed. But glad to know for sure about the Virginia Creeper so that I can start pulling it up. Thanks for stopping by!
