Homemade Spicy Sausage Cheese Biscuits

Recently a co-worker brought a little treat to work to share with the rest of us “Spicy Sausage Cheese Biscuits”. This was the first time I ever had anything like these, and they were so good I had to have the recipe so I could make up a batch. These Spicy Sausage Cheese Biscuits would make a great quick grab and go breakfast.

My co-worker didn’t have the exact amounts, but he gave me enough of the recipe that I was able to come up with my own recipe to make some of these yummy Spicy Sausage Cheese Biscuits.

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

IMG_6306.JPG
First brown your sausage, while it’s cooking mix your Bisquick and milk together. Knead it about 10 times.

IMG_6305.JPG
Drain grease off sausage, then blot it with a paper towel to get excess grease off.

IMG_6304.JPG
Add sausage to Bisquick mix and blend in using your hands.

Next add jalapeños and knead together.

IMG_6302-1.JPG
Add corn and knead together.

IMG_6300-0.JPG
Add cheese and knead together.

Form your biscuits,

then slightly flatten

and place on lightly greased cookie sheet.

Cook 8-10 minutes till light golden brown on top.

Let cool, and enjoy!
