These diy tile coasters are a really easy project for some pretty coasters. You can make these in just a few hours, the longest time is just waiting for them to dry. You can use a different stencil to match your decor.

These are for my oldest daughter, they seen my Diy Texas Coasters when they were here at Thanksgiving and loved them but wanted some to go with their home decor. She picked this design because it matched some of the other designs that they had in their home.

Center your stencil on top of your tile.

Remove stencil gently and let paint dry.

Once all tile coaster are finished and dried. Add two coats of Mod Podge. Let each coat dry thoroughly.

Cut small squares out of felt, and glue to the bottom of each four corners of tile.

That’s all there is to it. Wasn’t that easy? These Diy tile coasters would make an inexpensive gift, that I’m sure anyone would love.

I hadn’t realized they’d be so easy to make. And tiles are inexpensive, too. What a wonderful gift idea for children to do.

Thank you Marie! The tile coaster would make a great gift and I’m sure the kids would enjoy decorating them. Grandmas would love a set of coaster from the grandkids, I know I would. Thanks for stopping by!

You’ve got me thinking about these. Such lovely tiles, I’m going to have to keep an eye out for some similar ones. I wonder how long they would last on a bathroom wall?

If your wanting them stenciled and sealed them I think they would last a long time, unless your thinking of in a shower. Then they wouldn’t last long.

Thanks for sharing this great project on Dishing It & Digging It. I love how you sealed the tiles with ModPodge to protect them. They will last so much longer that way!!
